Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Domestic Shipping Coverage
SHUBHADA ships across India to serviceable 6-digit Indian PIN codes via trusted logistics partners. All orders are packaged in tamper-evident outer parcels containing our signature SHUBHADA jewellery box.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
In-stock pieces from the Samridhi Collection are typically inspected, packaged, and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days following payment confirmation. Standard transit across Indian metro and tier-1 cities takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated transparently and displayed in the Order Summary prior to order confirmation.
4. Delivery Inspection
If an outer parcel appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and notify our client care team within 24 hours of receipt via our Contact page.
